Door Chests and Door Consoles

Gypsy Farmhouse specializes in unique cool and funky furniture and one of our signature pieces is the Door Chest. All parts of the chest are created from reclaimed doors (not just the front section). And the coolest parts are authentic knobs taken directly from Amish farmhouse doors. Yes, if the hardware looks familiar, it's probably the same knob that dad locked when you returned home after curfew as a teenager. We often carry these in inventory and can also custom make your door chest to your desired dimensions, and even with an enlarged top to create a kitchen island. You choose the design and function, and we’ll have one of our five Amish furniture makers create it just for you!
